This year at Golden State Chef Co we are preparing side dishes for you. So if you are going to a Thanksgiving dinner and you need to bring a dish or two we have you covered. 

 

All dishes listed below are Gluten, Dairy and Soy free 

 

Each meal can serve 4-6 people

 

All sides will be available for PREORDER ONLY from November 18-23

 

PICK UP WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 27 FROM 2-7PM 

AT OUR LOCATION AT 112 CATALPA IN ROYAL OAK

Roasted Sweet Potatoes - $10 - serves 4-6

 maple tahini dressing and walnuts on side in separate containers

 

Fall Salad - $10 - serves 4-6

Radicchio, frisee, kale with roasted butternut squash, dried fruit, toasted almonds, maple tahini

 

Wild Rice Salad - $10 - serves 4-6

Wild rice and brown rice with pistachios, roasted red onions, dried fruit, roasted carrots, parsley, chimichurri aioli

 

Green Beans & Potatoes - $10 - serves 4-6

Haricot vert with roasted mushrooms, onions, roasted garlic, fingerling potatoes, chile flakes, parsley

 

Cranberry Sauce - $10 for 16oz - serves 8-10

Fresh cranberries, honey, orange juice, orange zest, star anise, 5 spice

 

Chicken Gravy - $10 for 16oz- serves 8-10

our homemade chicken stock thickened with cornstarch. The perfect gravy for your Thanksgiving turkey
